DGHUK AGM and Curry Lunch 2026! Coming up in May... ~ Dr Graham’s Homes UK

Delighted to say we now have a confirmed date for our AGM. This year’s meeting will be held on Wednesday 13 May 2026, at our usual venue, The Royal Scots Club in Edinburgh.

The Annual General Meeting is, of course, a central event in our charity’s calendar. It’s an opportunity to get the latest updates on DGH and to catch up with friends, fellow sponsors and supporters who share our passion for this wonderful institution in the foothills of the Himalayas. Plus:

📰 Latest news: We use the AGM to update everyone on recent committee appointments, retirements, and fundraising, with input (virtually) from India

🚨 Official business: You’ll hear firsthand reports and updates from the Treasurer and Trustees about what’s happening here and in India

🥘 Curry! It wouldn’t be a DGHUK AGM without a Kalimpong-inspired buffet lunch after the meeting proper.

...followed by a Curry Lunch.

Tea and coffee will be available from 10.30 am.

Curry lunch

A buffet curry lunch will follow the meeting at about 12.45 pm. The cost for this is £25 (including a glass of wine and tea/coffee), payable on the day by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made out to Dr Graham’s Homes Kalimpong (UK).

Your name, whether you are a Member or a Friend, and the name of any guests you might be inviting along
Whether you will be attending the AGM and/or the Curry Lunch (Note: if booking for the Lunch, please let us know by 24th April - places are limited)
Any dietary requirements
If you would prefer to pay for the Lunch in advance by bank transfer (bank details will be sent to you)
If you would like to attend by Zoom instead (a Zoom link and Agenda will be sent to Members and Friends in due course).
